MissionKimPossible in FULL EFFECT. I may have not been as active on SP...but I've been very active on the treadill, pushin' play (P90X), and eating within 1,200-1,350 calories a day, low fat, high fiber, high protein.
50 down...18lbs to go to 165 (My 35th birthday goal--August 8th)
