I CONQUERED MY "MENTAL" FEAR of P90X:YOGA X

I DID NOT skip W1D4 P90X LEAN: YogaX! So...that means...I CAN DO THIS!!!!

I am soooooo AMPED about going ALL THE WAY this time with P90X: LEAN. I incorporate 4+ miles of interval jogging everyday (4.3-6.0mph). Since I am trying to lose excess weight, I eat 1,200-1,350 calories each day, 3 meals and 3 snacks every 2-3 hours. I try not to eat after 7:30 p.m. and I drink 8+ cups of water everyday.

I WILL REACH MY GOALS! WOOT WOOT!
