Wow, I've been tired, but still walking almost 10 miles a day

It's been about a year and a lot of pounds less than when I left my other job, but it's still making me pretty tired. I've been so worried I'm gonna stop losing weight and worry about it at night that I actually woke up at 3 am and did two miles and then at 5am for another 2 and I don't even start until 9am. However, I think that is good but it's really wearing me down and I know from past experience that the first week at a new job is so tiring.
However, I am proud of myself that I care about my new lifestyle so much and I got spoiled when I wasn't working and was blessed for being able to spend so much time execising and able to lose so much weight.
Needless to say, it's time for bed now, but hopefully I find a rythym that works for me.
