lost 32.5 pds and Im not on a diet

I think one of the hardest things in wieght lose is accepting that we cant diet ,we have to make permanant changes to our eating habits. I have lost around .5 pounds a week but I have never been hungery and I feel healthier and better then I have in almost 20 years. It has taken almost 10 months and I have a long way to go to reach my goal but it is all very much worth it. I feel so revved by my success and I know I can do it. I know I have to keep on keeping on for the rest of my life if I want to stay healthy.
