June Goal Update & July Goals

1. Log Everything -
2. Don't Go Over Cal Allow - 23/30 - OK - 3 of 7 times I went over were 26 or less calories
3. Cut Coke Intake - 23/30 -
2 cokes/day or less - didn't set goal until June 7th
1. 5/6 Days/week - 26/30 days -
2. Strength 3 days & cardio 2 - did more cardio than strength
Log In & Spin Daily - Current Streak 47 days
Now onto the bad news - I ended the month at exactly the same weight I started
And nothing is looser either so that argument doesn't hold water for me.
Same Nutrition, Fitness & Spark Goals as June but I must also need a loss goal ...
