Well, I don't know how long I've been gone, but I think it's been too long. Starting last month, around the 10th or so, I stopped watching what I was eating. My brother in law was visiting from Georgia, and since he loves going out to all the local restaurants while he's here, and we go with him, I decided that it was going to only drive me crazy if I tried watching what I was eating.
We had a good week with the BIL while he was here, but I felt absolutely terrible with the way I had eaten. Even my hubby agreed that he likes eating healthy, simple foods. But even though I felt terrible, I couldn't get myself to stop eating that way.
Since then, I've been struggling with getting myself to start back on the SP track. It's been really hard, and I think what's holding me back is that I haven't gotten involved in the community again the way I used to. Having people here supporting me is what got me as far as I've come, and I know I won't get very far without you guys.
So today I'm starting over. I'm going to get back on track with what I was doing before. I actually didn't gain any weight at all in the last month, but on the other hand, I didn't lose any, either. I'm still the 191.2 that I was when BIL visited. However, hubby and I have been working on the C25K still, and have worked ourselves up to week 7! I'm now running 25 minutes straight!
Of course, I'm really really sore because of it, but I'm working on that. I think I'm going to start doing yoga on days I don't do running, to help keep me flexible.
Anyway, I'm glad to be back! I hope no one missed me too much.
