Lake of Glass and Sky Pond, Colorado

After we left The Loch, the crowds thinned out a lot! Here is why:

The bottom two in the picture are Jessi and Jake climbing a waterfall! Yes, it had water coming down it. Further up, we had to scale a rock about 8 feet high. My husband went up first and then helped us. At one point, I got stuck and he had to help pull me up.

Is this amazing, or what? I can't believe that we did it. I am so proud of my family and especially proud of myself! I'm 52 years old and have NEVER done anything like this before. I only started hiking a year ago. I feel terrific!!
