That was me during all my working years. I worked doubles, 12 hr shifts and extra shifts on my days off. Plus I was usually off tours which messes up the internal clock. So now I am a seventy year old retired nurse still trying to lose weight. You can do it. Make yourself a priority and don't become discouraged. 3758 days ago
I know what it is like to be busy. I am in college and is constantly doing homework. Because of my disibilities, it takes me a long time to complete assignments so I tend to gain weight easily. 3758 days ago
