I'm not loving the fitness loss

I've had to stop walking at lunch and also had to change my Kickboxing class to a pilates class. I'm very thankful that the instructor let's us do this. The pilates class has it's benefits but when I just calculated my weekly cardio and strength totals for a challenge I'm a part of I was very shocked at how little cardio I actually got in compared to what I have been doing.
The good news in all of this is that my heel is hurting a little less, so hopefully I won't have to be less active for much longer. I have to really consider taking my bike to work or riding it in so that I get more exercise during the day. I have tried to find alternative means of exercise, but cardio without my feet is not an easy one for me.
