June Sucked - July Goals & June Results - HELP!

1. Log Everything -
2. Don't Go Over Cal Allow -
3. Cut Coke Intake -
27/31 - 2 cokes/day or less
1. 5/7 Days/week - 23/31 days - Got kinda lax (from last month 26 out of 30 days)
2. Strength 3 days & cardio 2 - did way more cardio than strength
Log In & Spin Daily - Missed 3 days on vacation because not access but I came back & logged food & exercise so I am still calling this Goal Met!
Lose 2 pounds -
STILL bad news - I ended the month at exactly the same weight I started AGAIN!
Same Nutrition, Fitness, Spark & Loss Goals as June & July ...
Please Let Me Know What you Think I Need To Do Different??????
