June Sucked - July Goals & June Results - HELP!

Nutrition: emoticon
1. Log Everything - emoticon
2. Don't Go Over Cal Allow - emoticon 27/31
3. Cut Coke Intake - emoticon 27/31 - 2 cokes/day or less

Exercise: emoticon
1. 5/7 Days/week - 23/31 days - Got kinda lax (from last month 26 out of 30 days)
2. Strength 3 days & cardio 2 - did way more cardio than strength

Spark: emoticon
Log In & Spin Daily - Missed 3 days on vacation because not access but I came back & logged food & exercise so I am still calling this Goal Met!

Lose 2 pounds - emoticon STILL bad news - I ended the month at exactly the same weight I started AGAIN!

Same Nutrition, Fitness, Spark & Loss Goals as June & July ...

Please Let Me Know What you Think I Need To Do Different??????

    Hey, are you eating enough? That's always my first question. Make sure you're eating enough to counteract what you burn or your body won't let you lose...

    Hi, great job of tracking and activity. I have no idea what you might need to do differently, but I noticed that you have the same goals as last time. Since you didn't make the progress you wanted, you may want to make some changes - what's that old acorn - insanity is doing the same thing but expecting different results... I'm guilty of this same thing, because when I put some kind of routine in place it becomes easier to track, etc. and I fall into a rut. Changes make me have to think a little more and analyze the outcomes and adjust as needed - much more difficult than just doing what I have entrenched in my mind as my "plan".
    I've got to do something radically different because I've been at this same plateau for several months. Its time to put on my big girl panties and get on with this journey!
