Irony and recipe ingredients

I decided to try and do most of my sparking this morning as my husband and I are contemplating how to spend our day off from work. The weather is very hot and humid for the next two days so we need some air conditioned activities since we are both asthmatic and the weather is not our friend. Thankfully Friday and the weekend look like good days for us to spend outside.
So I ate my fruit salad for breakfast since I have no idea where we will be for lunch or dinner and I need to get that salad meal in for my challenge. Then I decided to read a Spark article. What pops up but a nutrition one on Salad! I found this so ironic since that is my August Challenge.
For those that wanted to know what my friend’s recipe is for her Corn and Black Bean Salsa the best I can give you is her ingredients. She kind of wings some of the liquid parts and so must we I guess. Here is her list:
2 cans black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cans corn
White vinegar (your preference)
Sriracha Sauce
Cilantro
Red Onion
Lemon or Lime Juice
Garlic
I like to use on packet of sweet n low
Tomatoes
I have also looked some recipes up on SP and have made one with my left over grilled corn on the cob – I prefer corn on the cob over canned.
