August Log, Blog and Salad Challenge - Day 10

We are trying to replace one meal a day with a salad. Someone was talking about salad overload. There are so many kinds of salads. Be creative. That said, I need to be more consistent in following my own advice!

Tonight I was reading through blogs and came across one by NEWSTART127. She is an inspiration. She's lost 120 pounds in 2 years, slow and steady. In her last blog, she wrote the followng:

We all have those dreams for ourselves. Dream big, my friends.
