It's finally good to be sore!

Sure, I've been sore for months. But this morning is different. This morning, I'm sore because I actually used muscles. I can feel the muscles in my legs, glutes, and abs! I had forgotten what a wonderful feeling it is to wake up in the morning and feel the burn. I push myself very hard when I lift. Even after a hiatus of almost 2 years, I remember how to push my body to its limits. LIfting until the muscle won't lift any more, then dropping weight & doing it again. I'm determined to not only lose weight this time, but sculpt my body into the shape I've always dreamed of. So how about three cheers for soreness?
