The Game Plan

Eating Plan:
Keep moving on with the Curves Weight Management Plan. Splurge on Sundays like I've been doing. It seems to be the perfect thing for my metabolism. I consistently lose each week.

Workout Plan:
Week 1: Turbo Fire Week
Week 2: Hip Hop Abs Week
Week 3: Turbo Jam Week
Week 4: Brazil Butt Lift Week
Week 5: Turbo Fire Week
Week 6: Rockin Body Week
Week 7: Turbo Jam Week
Week 8: Brazil Butt Lift Week
My goal is to do my Curves workout everyday that I work and on top of that do one workout video. I also really need to focus on getting 3 days of strength training.
I also want to make sure I stretch out really well after each workout, because I want to increase my flexibilty.

The Me Plan:
1. Devote 30 minutes every day to learning Spanish.
2. Get information on personal training classes at BRCC.
3. Get out of the house and go do something with friends at least 2-3 times this month. (i've become a hermit, it's sad. lol)
4. Stay positive, no negative talk.
