10/10/10 ~ Day Four

So obviously 4 days = daily for me :)

But here's the update...


I HAVE been doing 10 crunches every morning
Sat = check
Sun = check
Mon = check
Tues = check

I HAVE been trying 10 push-ups every morning
Sat = check
Sun = check
Mon = check
Tues = check

I HAVE been within my calorie range
Sat = check
Sun = check
Mon = check
Tues =check

Now be warned before you start thinking I am a total goody-good here is where things get a little less halo-worthy!!

I HAVE mostly been getting 8-9 hours of sleep a night
Sat = check
Sun = hmmm nearly??
Mon = not even close :(
Tues = yet to come...

I HAVE (not) been doing enough cardio
Sat = under
Sun = under
Mon = under
Tues = under

Hmmm... is there such a thing as emotional unexercising?
Did I just make up a word? A term?
An excuse? Watch this space. I promise.

I HAVE been doing my strength training
Sat = check
Sun = check
Mon = check
Tues = check

I HAVE been drinking at least 8 cups of water
Sat = check
Sun = check
Mon = check
Tues = check (well I fully intend to!)

So in recap I have made an excellent start.
What I need to work on this week:

Improve my sleeping time emoticon
Get my cardio in - aiming for 1000 cals burned a week but more importantly for me is to do what I said I would do. Keep my promises to myself. emoticon
