Just curious about what supplements everyone is taking and what they're reason is. I love to read about supplements and how they can do amazing things for our bodies.
I take:
A multi-vitamin, Calcium, Vitamin D (5,000 IU), CLA, Hair Skin & Nails Supplement, B Complex, Fish Oil and a Maximum Antioxidant Formula.
