This is what I want to be able to say by 9/30. I had a successful september!
How will I measure success?
I plan to look at my day and document ANYTHING that I did that moved me toward healthy living. That includes reading something positive, sleep and the goals listed below
Exercise- min 90 min/wk (here I go again)
Water-min 6 glasses/day
Freggies-min 5 servings/day
Vitamins- min 5 out of 7 days.
I have gained again and I will change my scale to reflect the gain. I think it is water at least some of it is lol.. I must confess that for the last week I have not done well with my water. But overall I have improved.
I am not gonna join any contests, or challenges at this time.(recognized my limitations with the last challenge) and I am doing well to blog daily. LOL
Oh I did 25 out of 31 days of blogging. I will challenge myself to 27 days in September!!!!
