Always Behind - LOL.

Yesterday I got up early and got my outdoor chores done as my son and I had to leave in the morning to go to the Metro East area to buy chinchilla food. We don't have access to chinchilla supplies here. The closest place is 70+ miles. So we drove over there and went to Petsmart, Sam's, and Schnuck's. We got our groceries for the week too. We left at 9:30 and got home at 4:30. Probably 4 hours minimum of driving. When we got home we had to fix supper and put all the stuff away.
And then there was the overeating. I avoided fast food but ate too much healthy food at Golden Corral. Too much salad and salad veggies and meat. And had a bite of a few desserts. I probably would have done better eating fast food. LOL. Plus I had part of a little pizza for supper. In other words, I ate terrible and didn't even try to track my food intake. I didn't snack though. It was probably okay on carbs for the day but not calories. I didn't gain but it's a wonder.
I had to come home and get a bunch of walking in. I ended up getting 17236 steps yesterday.
And then I had to finish my end of the month duties for our sparkteams. Thank goodness I had done some of it the day before.
Today I got my outdoor chores done early before it rained. When my son was fixing lunch the high school called and needed him to come sub for half a day immediately. One of the teachers passed a kidney stone. So I had to make him a lunch and finish our salads and put his in the fridge for supper. Mind you he would not get lunch but he could cram something down between classes. He had to go immediately from school to help teach taekwondo so he didn't get home to have supper until 7:30.
I need to get caught up on blogs and sparkpeople but my internet has been on the blink tonight.
