Trying to get my spark back

Monday, September 27, 2010

I am really trying hard to get my spark back. my body is just not doing right.
I need to take control of ME again. In my meeting this morning we were asked if we asked for help from anyone last week. One lady said why can't we ask ourselves? We need to reach down to our own core and tell ourselves WE can this. A another comment was , I am allergic to Chocolate as it makes me break out in fat. Oh we had a good laugh at that. One other good comment was to think about every thing that is NOT good for us with the skull and crossbones in your mind. Think of it as Poison. Good chuckle with that too.

I really do need a lot support right now.. as My mind frame is not where it should be but I will get it back.

You WILL get your spark back.
I floundered for FIVE MONTHS, then at the first of September I wrote those goals and focused on what I was going to do, and now I'm back on track even stronger than before. I know this is such an OLD saying, but,
""If I can do it, ANYBODY can".
You'll get that spark going. As long as you don't give up, you still have it.

emoticon Please don't beat yourself up. I am so PROUD of you for not only your motivation in wanting to change your life, but your positive attitude in your refusal to give up on yourself.

emoticon CONGRATULATIONS on your inspiring weight loss!! Did you pat yourself on the back for this wonderful achievement? No??! That's okay, I'm doing it for you! YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION TO US ALL!!

emoticon You're never alone in this journey of healthy living. You are among an SP friend. Visit my SparkPage, anytime. I offer lots of moral support, encouragement and positive buddy system.

emoticon I know you can do this. Why? Because, YOU ARE A WINNER!! It's never to late to start over. Sometimes, when I'm feeling the fustrations, I begin over with the basics. Start out slowly, taking one day at a time. I'm hoping the following may help you as much as it continues to do with me.

emoticon THROW OUT by GIVING TO THE NEAREST FOOD PANTRY in your area, all the junk food and unhealthy beverages that are in your cabinets and refrigerator. Not only are they sabotaging your will power, the Food Pantry will be grateful for your generous donation. If it's not in your home, it's impossible to be eaten!

emoticon Start a NEW GROCERY LIST! REPLACE with healthy foods, snacks, water and beverages. (Check to see if your doctor has a printout of your recommended daily diet or have him/her refer you to a nutritionist).

emoticon Use the SparkPoints tracking your daily nutrition (meals, drinks and snacks), by journaling everything that goes into your mouth. Don't go over your daily calories, carbs, fat and protein ranges.

emoticon Use the SparkPoints for tracking both of your daily fitness programs (your doctor's recommended exercise and cardio). Burn more calories than what you eat, but it is important to stay within your calorie ranges.

emoticon Can You Do It? With the help of your SP friends and teammates .... TOGETHER, WE CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING!!
