Wrong Focus?

I made a goal this month to get 1000 Sparkpoints, and after getting into it I raised it to 1500 which I have now passed. There is a chance I could get to 2000, yet, I'm here for health. I'm afraid my being here, while good, has been too focused on getting the points. The best reward will be on the scale, in the mirror, and at the next doctors visit. If I get the points but don't get healthy, I'm not helping anyone.

    The thing about the points is you get most of them for doing things that help you get healthy, drinking water, recording food intake, exercise, and reading helpful blogs and articles. It's just something to keep you interested in getting healthy.

    Try setting a percentage of the points that you have to get from a form of exercise.... emoticon
