I am off to the windy city tonight with a couple of friends from church. I am going to get training in a sex ed course which sounds like a lot more fun then it will be but I am curious to see what kind of homework they will give is. I plan to eat healthy on the road and find ways to slip in some exercise. Wish me luck!
