Getting Back on Track!

Ok, I have been on vacation for two weeks, eating out most of the time and of course didn't do too well. The times we didn't eat out we were eating my SIL's wonderful cooking. Therefore, I gained 5 pounds!

I did well eating yesterday but a little off today because of a family reunion and all that wonderful southern cooking. Who can pass up on all that stuff must be made of stone. lol

Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I will make a change in my eating habits!

I still have the problem of exercise. I have not done good exercise for several months. With the new 5% challenge, I hope to get back into the exercise thing. My back is really hurting today but maybe the bike will get a little more work if the back doesn't improve. I find it very painful anymore to walk so may have to completely go to the recumbent bike for exercise.

Tonight getting my mind going in the right direction, making meal plans, and thinking ahead for exercise and healthy living.

    i am right there in line with ya, my honey better put my recumbant bike together soon, its been sitting in the box for days....
    we all have those times when we get off track, that is the good thing about tracks, they are so easy to jump right back on, good luck to u
