Living for them?
I have noticed a pattern (again YAY for SP trackers!!) which concerns me a little.
I seem to do really well for a good few weeks then I eat a whole pizza. Hmmm. Usually it is a combo deal of hungover and lazy(real reason)/tired (public excuse) and then for the next few weeks I use this binge to motivate myself. I'm beginning to realise that this is not a healthy way to learn from your mistakes - really I am living for my mistakes.
What I mean by that is that my weight loss centres around pizza. I don't even like pizza that much!! (It's the only food I can get delivered to my door). I eat it and then I have to work it off. I'm sure this is not the right way to do it - but it does seem to work for me.
Well now I know It appears I have more work to do :)
Only 3.1kg to goal - yeehaa!!!
ps. I am still going to be lurking about rather than hugely active until after finals and thanks to all my SP friends who are being supportive and sticking around while I am lying low :)
