Back to track fitness!

I've decided to come back to SparkPeople to use the fitness tracker again. I took a break from my old routine when I hurt my back at work. I've been going to the chiropractor and am starting to feel quite a bit better again. I know that tracking what I'm doing and getting into a new routine will help me to start working out regularly again. So, I've decided to take it slow at first and see how my body feels for the first week. I'll probably up my cardio minutes soon, but I don't want to overdo it right away.
I haven't gained any weight back, in fact I'm staying right around the 128-130 mark. But I know that if I don't get back into a regular routine I probably will start gaining weight back. I've already noticed my energy level dropping since I've had to take a break. I am ready to get a new routine in order!
