It is so great to be able to do some gardening without my knee giving me as many problems.
I used the hoe and rake, bent over and pulled weeds. It's still not right and I am really careful not to injure it again. I do not do knee lifts, they are not good for it. There are other exercises I can do. Hip flexor is a good one.

    Hmm the hip flexor. I will have to look that up on google. Gotta training session with my grandma and dont want to hurt her. Ive found some that would be good for her. thanks for sharing.

    Knees can be pretty painful. I've had a bum knee for several years. I must say, losing a little weight made a word of difference, though.
