Day 2

Day 2 and I feel good about food intake ... went shopping yesterday and bought a bunch of good food for the office. No more buying my lunch every day or forgetting to bring my lunch from home.

WW wheat bread, mini wheat bagels ...
lettuce
carrots
cottage cheese
salad dressings
salsa
good snacks like granola bars and mini bags of popcorn

I just have to log everything. That's key.

Also work out. That's the real key. Maybe I'll go tonight.

Ella's mom mentioned I was looking good. Yea.
