Ok... so with some slight nudging from a friend, I have agreed to another food challenge. This is a 10 day Metabolic Challenge that increases energy, longevity and is supposed to help enhance my skin's youthful beauty. The only down side seems to be a lack of food.
The diet is based on natural ingredients and has what seems to be drastically lower portions. I am concerned about hunger and not being able to stick with it for the full pledge of 10 days. I have attached the link below for those interested in reading the ways I intend to torture myself over the next week and a half. I say this sarcastically because in all reality I have tortured myself with everything else I have shoved in my mouth to get this big to begin with!
I am actually looking forward to trying this and testing my willpower. Wish me luck!
