Day 1 -MDP

So I made it through the first full day without much trouble. I was hungry at lunch because the lack of a heavier meal that I am used to. But I am getting protein and vitamins and my calories arent much lower than what I was already tracking. It is a transition though... solids to liquid especially for 2 meals!
By dinner I had a headache and was famished. I snacked on my chia seeds and when dinner was ready I was thrilled! I was a little reluctant to try the watercress but it wasn't terrible. I probably wouldnt eat it again once I am off this 10 day challenge. I was satisfied with the salmon and lentils but a few hours later I succumbed to temptation. My husband fried some homemade chicken drumsticks and I ate one. It smelled and tasted so good. I wasn't really hungry but in my mind (meaning my stomach) I panicked. I couldnt resist!! The aroma was so enticing! I ate a small one and I knew it wasn't much to feel bad about. I mean I was good all day.. but I felt a little guilty.
Day 2 bring me a double dose of will power!
