Triple Dog Dare

Wednesday, October 27, 2010

Alrighty... I signed up to do this Holiday SPICE challenge with my San Antonio team... and also, commited to be a leader. yeah!!!!! I think that was the easy part.

NOW, I've been "challenged" to SHARE my food tracker with everyone. oof! First off, I don't track my food and Secondly, I'm pretty sure I don't want to share what I eat... it would keep me accountable or something. LOL So, yesterday I tracked my food and managed to stay in my range....kinda. I was like 80 cal short of my daily calorie intake. Not bad for the first day though...

So... I triple dog dare you (you know the rules, you HAVE to do it! ) to track and share your food. Nobody is going to yell at you for eating a few pieces of candy Halloween night. Seriously. Start now... START TODAY! Don't wait for Monday. I notoriously do that..."I'll start again on Monday, Fresh week. No.. treat everyday as a fresh start! Heck, treat every moment if you gotta. In the infamous words of some very rich advertising guy that was hired by Nike "JUST DO IT!"

emoticon They need a WE can do it! :)

You are 100% right. Tracking your food is such a look inside not only what you eat, but who you are. Tracking your food is eye-opening. The fact is though, people don't spend much time looking at what you eat. Sometimes, I will look at someone's tracker if they are making a lot of progress... just to see what they are consuming.

I like this gauntlet you have thrown down!
