Aging Fit and Strong

That is the name of the new fitness class I started taking tonight. The catalog mentioned strength and cardio so I was thinking it would have both. However tonight's class consisted of a full 60 minutes of Calisthenics. I have to admit it was not my favorite class, but it wasn't easy either. I thought the stretching at the end was some of the best stretching I've done in a long time. My back has really needed some good stretching and is very thankful. The instructor said there would be a variety of exercises each week and she would use different equipment, so I'm sure they won't all be like this one.

I wanted a change and that is what I got! Keep moving no matter what you do!
