I have been hit and miss for months and know I have to get back on track all the time instead of just part of the time. Right now the biggest obstacle for me is my back pain. It hurts to walk sometimes, hurts to exercise, and I use it as an excuse too often. I need a visit to the doctor to know exactly what is causing the pain so I know whether to push or not.

I have had some wild things going on in my life lately but hopefully it is calming down for a while. I need to put my mind to the healthy living and go for it big time. When my MIND is set I do well.

I will get on the floor when I finish this and do some exercise if the pain isn't too much. I can't not eat enough to lose the weight. That would be at 1200 and my body gets really weak at that level so I have to do the exercise. I need to develop a habit/routine and stick with it all the time. I really need to lose these 20-30 pounds.
