BACK AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER AND HAUL YOUR HURTING BODY DOWNSTAIRS AND GET IT MOVING. You'll feel better afterward..you know you will. OK, you HOPE you will. But at least you won't have my annoying voice telling you that you REALLY should have worked out today...and that you were afraid of a little pain and copped out.

    And did you follow you're conscience and exercise? What did you do?

    You're doing better than I am. When I don't walk my dog I'm supposed to ride my exercise bike. But it's buried under clothing and I don't feel like riding. On cold, cloudy days, I feel like sleeping. Besides, since I got home from my cruise, I've been real busy. (how's that for a juicy rationalization?)

    Clever blog! It could have been written by many of us. Hope your "moving about" made you feel better and if it didn't, hope you are a bit better today. I am sore, but sat at a football game last night after shopping for several hours during the day. Supposed to be cold and windy today, but that's okay, staying at home and hanging out. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    cute blog! And that voice visits me too. It haunts me all day until I either do the exercise or just feel guilty that I didn't get it in. Sorry your basement is cold - I hate to exercise when its cold and we keep our heat down because of the cost. Of course once I get going I'm fine and warm right up but its that getting going that is so tough.

    You're a trooper for fighting through and with the pain. Keep up the good work!!
