why am I sore????

This morning as I attempted to get out of bed, I nearly fell. My legs were severly protesting weight and movement. So... I've been going over my activites from the last few days and I think I figured out why my arms are tired and my legs and back ache.

Friday I went to BodyCombat... Excellent, but REALLY works those shoulders and arms and legs and lungs. :)

Saturday I went on a crosscountry hike with Brandyn. Not really but it was a great 2 hours of burn.

Sunday I beat another record for me in the morning with a 11 min run. Then after church we started working on laying our wood floor down.

So... that's why my body aches and I'm feeling very "eh" about any physical labor or movement in general. I need to paint today, but also BodyCombat is this morning... So, very likely I'll go to class and then come home and paint. And then when DH gets home we can work on the floor some more.

Who's bringing me dinner? emoticon

    Christy... are you commenting as a friend or enemy??? LOL I did work out and paint some yesterday, but thankfully when DH came home he said he didn't really want to do the floor. PRAISE THE LORD! :)

    I think you should take a break and not work out at all, all week long. You obviously have worked too much and overdone it!

    You wore me out before I was halfway through your blog. WOW! You are a little dynamo! Good job, Pixie. Remember not to go too far or the aches and pains could turn into real damage. Take a little healing time and a nice, long, hot soak in the tub!

    I think it's a good idea to go to your class and work out some of that soreness. Maybe stretch first if you can. If you need to, take the Body Combat class a little easy (do they have a 'lighter side' or it that not allowed in combat,lol)

    I'd bring you dinner but I just got a call from my other job that they need help. If I'm gonna get my aerobics in I'd better get going.
