One minute prayer-by Hope Lyda, page 30

Wednesday, November 10, 2010

As You work out Your purpose in me, may I never be boastful or arrogant. This detracts from You, the source of my confidence-and others will not understand that You are the Master of all that is good in my life. Let my mouth be quick to praise Your grace, which has removed my shame, healed my wounds, and made me whole. Amen
Wednesday morning. Just getting off work. This ten to six am shift is getting to me. I haven't been to the gym in days, but the spark demos and videos are keeping me exercising everyday, motivated, and on track! Tomorrow I hope to weigh in at the gym and get in another sixty minutes of water aerobics. I love exercising in the water! I can do all the exercises and last the whole hour. Out of the water, I could only do a couple of reps of each because of my COPD and my weak knees. So anyone who cannot do regular exercise, I would really encourage you to try and do them in water! And, you will feel so much healthier and stronger after each session!
God bless all you SPARKIES out there and have a great day!

You are exercising and moving and that is what is important. I did water aerobics for awhile, it was really good exercise!
