Ok. Writing it down for accountability.
* Stay under 1600 cals a day (including alcohol)
* Do ALL scheduled ST
* NO SMOKING
* Set a date for 1st 5K
* Drink water not wine (I am the opposite of Jesus)
* Burn at least 1000 cals this week.
* Get Spring Cleaning started
That is all this week. Woke up with the flu today but that can't stop me. I am determined.
