Heavy Cleaning

So...
Finished exams (and school) for 2010.
I'm not able to enrol in summer school this year as I have done all the courses available (grrr).
Have checked (almost) all the things off my checklist I have been gagging to do all year:
Get drunken and stupid - check.
Laze about on the couch and watch copious amounts of daytime tv - check.
Get my boy sorted for high school next year - check.
Catch up with the important folk in my life who haven't seen me for 8 months - check.
Clean (proper spring clean) my house from top to bottom - hmmmmm......
The last item was the one thing I was the most excited about but yet nothing has been done (except usual things like cleaning the bathroom, doing the laundry, dishes, floors etc).
Why - I hear you ask (or groan)?????
Well Anna can't be idle for longer than 2 weeks. True fact. I got B.O.R.E.D. Here I am with what most people would love a 4 month break until school starts, sufficient money to live on for this 4 month break, 4 MONTHS people!!!!! Couldn't do it... So....
Got a (wait for it - the irony that is) cleaning job. Actually 3 cleaning jobs. And I HATE cleaning. But the satisfaction of scrubbing and polishing floors, bathrooms, cleaning out cupboards and making them neat and tidy, seeing peoples faces when they actually have a spare room again is making my head spin. Yet my own abode suffers. So far I have scrubbed the shower. That is all - and I don't want to shave my legs because it will mess it up - yet today I cleaned 3 showers (scrubbed actually). I am not moaning just saying - it's weird. So I have gone from lazy lush on the couch to full time cleaning and why????
Because according to SP's fitness tracker my heavy cleaning burned off 1336 calories. From one day. Whoa. I don't even care if it's wrong - just gonna roll with it and try to fit my own home in there somehow too :)
1336 cals for 5 hours work - maybe I should rethink being a lawyer - I could be a satisfied, skinny cleaner instead :)
