First day of the last month of 2010

Seems a little odd to think - another year is practically done. But I have no regrets. I can look back and say I have made progress this year. I must admit that progress has come in the last 2 1/2 months. But its still progress!
Got in a really good treadmill session last night. I tried something different. Brisk walk @ 4.0 mph for 2 minutes, then a run @ 6.0 mph for 1 minute. Repeated until I ended @ 20 minutes. The sprints had me feeling a little winded by the time I returned to a walking pace, but I never felt like I couldn't handle the speed. I think I'll do this once each week in addition to my 3 running days and 1 long walk day. That leaves me with one regular walk day, and a rest day.
