Busy Weekend Ahead

Yesterday (Thursday) turned into my 'rest' day of the week. I'm ok with that, though I intended it to be today. I was out of the house from 6:45am til 11pm, and decided not to put in a cardio session that late at night. Probably should have though - had a hard time going to sleep and was awake til after 1:00am.

Today I am off @ 5pm. Picking up Subway for dinner. I'm glad hubby has joined the 'live healthier' club because now he won't try to talk me into Zaxby's or Burger King or such. My 10-year old has a chorus performance tonight @ 7:30. After that, I have a date with the treadmill. Planning to walk w/ incline intervals.

Tomorrow, up @ 7am. If all goes well - get in a 3 mile run. Take my oldest & youngest to music lessons then work from noon-8:30pm. Sunday up @6:30am to get in a 2 hr/8mile walk. Pick my brother up @ the bus station at 10am, then work from 12:30-8:30. Grocery shop after that.

Next week I really want to get up early for cardio - setting a goal of 2 times!
