Better late than never, right? While setting December goals for myself, I am thinking of all the craziness that happens this month. Since I am entirely starting over, I am going to take things slow this month.
*Weight: Lose up to 5 pounds this month
*Exercise: 20 minutes 3x a week
*Eating: Prepare 4 meals at home each week; focus on water intake; clean out pantry
*House Management: Full house clean once
*Faith: Go to Christmas mass
