Tis the season to be jolly. But there is people out there who won;t have a christmas. Moreless a christmas dinner. While were out there shopping. Either for our christmas dinner or buy gifts.
Why not pick something extra up and drop it off at your local salvation army.Either a extra turkey or ham ;or a gift unwrapped for a child who normally wouldn;t have a gift.
Are local salvation army need help to fill christmas baskets for people in need .Like can goods extra turkey or ham. A unwrapped toy for children ages from 0 to 15. I always buy for the older kids. Because people seem to forget to pick thier names on the angel tree.
There also is your local mission. They could use help also. Like warm socks; gloves coats for the homeless.Believe it or not. Not every homeless person choice to be homeless. They;ve lost jobs ;loss thier home.So lets not forget these people.Thier already down and out.
We cook a extra turkey and make sandwishes. Then we go out and hand them out to people who are living on the streets.Put a pair of socks or gloves in with the sandwish. These people really apprishate this. Not only that it makes you feel good.Seeing them smile.
Yes i know money is short.Yes i know were having a skimpy christmas. But these people have nothing.
If not for me or the people in need. Do it for GOD he;d do it for you.
GOD BLESS YOU
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE
