No More Flappin' in the Breeze!!!

I'm so excited that I can't contain myself.
And this is because of numerous reasons. During the past two weeks, I've "bumped up" the intensity and duration of my workouts. I now do at least 45 minutes a day of intense exercise. (This from a woman who last April, could not get a sentence out due to SOB ((shortness of breath, a symptom of severe asthma))....I couldn't walk across a room without collapsing_)
I think I have finally crossed that "sweet spot" where I no longer have to convince myself to work out each day. Even today when early on, I had a throbbing sinus headache...and the thought of jumping around made me wince...I finally did a bunch of natural remedies that did help, and then went to it and did Leslie Sansone's 3 Mile Express workout. And now I feel amazing. I think my headache is even much better.
But the best part of today's workout is this:
As I was waving my arms around for the aerobic work on this DVD, I noticed something...At first I thought it was my vision...I came closer to the mirror, continuing the exercise and almost stopped dead, mid sidestep. The "jiggly fat" under my upper arm which was a combo of loose skin from the weight loss and a little remaining fat (I thought), which used to flap in every light breeze, was GONE!!! Yep, touch that baby and it's firm and amazing!
Now I'm 48 and have lost over 50 pounds thus far. I seriously thought that that laundry-hanging-on-the-line look was going to be forever.
But Praise God and Hallelujah!! It is GONE BABY!!
I've also noticed as a footnote...that if I am anxious or angry or depressed...the very best remedy is a demanding workout. It is guaranteed that I will be fine, even GOOD afterward. Bottle this stuff, man....It's better than cocaine!
