On the right track

So there is a blizzard going on in my neck of the woods and we are literally snowed in....so much for going to the gym today. However eating wise I am def back on track and not lettting those yummy leftovers screw me over again. I am trying to eat just when I am hungry and not when I feel like crap bc overeating only makes me feel worse. Alright I AM BACK!

    Good job!

    When I'm stuck for activity, I like to just get up and move while I watch TV. I have a little step box I use (It's amazing what an hour of that will do), but even jumping and dancing around will do the trick (if you don't mind looking a little goofy emoticon )

    in place walk honey it will get the heart working and get some cardio going. Go for as long as you can and put in the time.
