Goals or resolutions? Does it matter what we call them?

I think it is a good idea to evaluate our lives and for some people that happens at New Years more than any other time of the year. I've never been a huge resolution person, but have always thought about little things to improve at this time of year. Since joining SparkPeople last February goals have been an important factor and they are not much different than resolutions. Here is the short and sweet for my upcoming year.
My goals for 2011 are to continue on my Healthier lifestyle change - Both mental and physical. I have found the mental part to be so important. I will lose weight, continue to exercise and participate in SparkPeople. I will log my nutrition and stay with the calorie range suggested for losing. I will log my fitness and change my routines so as not to allow my body the ability to get use to what I'm doing.
I will succeed!
