Wow, so I think I'm finally getting the hang of the calorie intake. Yesterday, I ate horribly ALL day. I started off well, but then at work, my boss bought me two donuts, so I entered those on sparks (300 calories each!!) and then I went to the movies with my dad, and ate about 4 cups of oil-popped popcorn (I assume it's oil popped!), so then I come home and I'm already past 1100 calories and haven't eaten "supper" or even "lunch", but I drank some V8 to get some veggies in me and then had some triscuit crackers as a snack, but in total, my day did not surpass 1400 calories!
I know it was a horrible day, but what I do like was that I compensated for eating badly and did not overeat (usually I'd go home and eat my regular supper after eating junk all day).
And I weighed myself this morning, and I'm down 2 lbs from my first weigh-in! I think I'm finally getting the hang of this! YAY me!! hahaha
