My goal

So, I officially started my diet on Friday, Jan 19. I woke up that morning and weighed 190. Almost 200 lbs and only 5 lbs less than my husband!! So I decided I had to change.
Since then I've lost 1 1/2 lbs. Yesterday I actually gained half a pound! SO aggrevated! I walked 2 miles and did not even eat that much! I just don't get it. Hopefully it just has something to do with my cycle, which started today.
Anyway, I'm not giving up!! I WILL BE SKINNY!!!
