It is just beginning. I am glad I made this promise to myself. Ok, this is feeling forced and totally not me. I am doing this to be a healtier and saner me.
Yep, being at a weight that allows me to move freely is a s good for me mentally as physically. Moving is good for the endorphin levels and for me journaling is too. It keeps me centered and grounded.
Sometimes that journaling takes place here and sometimes I hand journal. Here it is usually in the form of notes on the groups I belong to. It says hey I'm alive and I am glad I have ya'll.
I need to finish now so I can begin a very busy day that includes deliberate movement.
