Just a quick note....
May through November I maintained my weight with no calorie counting, actually was down to 102 for a little bit there....but then I broke up with my boyfriend of 5 years, moved out, started being way more social, then the holidays and a couple binges happened....so I'm back. My goal is to use Sparkpeople over just a few months to help me get back on track and then go back to how I was maintaining May through November of last year!
