Total Wipe Out!

Sunday, January 16, 2011

Man; I really blew it today. Big time! I mean total wipe out. Started out great but didn't end well at all after I logged my food for today and it was right off the chart. I knew it would be when I fell victim to half of my husbands Blue Ribbon Brownie from Applebee's. Oh well it's nobody's fault but mine and mines alone. I could have resisted but as usual resistance was futile as chocolate suckers me in every time. I Think I'll go and kick Rocks.

But...then again......

In the words of the great Scarlet O'Hara.....I'll think about that tomorrow; tomorrow is another day!

One slip up will not shipwreck you, get back on track and do some extra cardio or ST.

Sometimes our body likes a shock.
Eat a ton of veggies today and see how low you can eat in your range- you might be surprised.

You logged it, you owned it, now time to move on. Great thing about tomorrow is it gives you the chance to start over with choices that will benefit you.

lifestyle change = one good decision at a time, a day at a time ;p
If you can only make one! great, try 2 tomorrow ;p

Saying you will NEVER eat/do ________ ever again, is unrealistic. this is for life.

I say: OWN IT, TRACK IT, BURN IT!

Remember this is your life, your game!

DON'T set yourself up for failure!
    you make up the rules!

But remember if you cheat, you only cheat yourself ;p

Lastly a PLAN is USELESS unless acted upon ;p

    Spark on! (my daily mantra)
