5 Things to do before Feb 14th!

1. Work fruits and veggies into my diet. I'm awful about this

2. Read/Listen to the Bible everyday

3. Choose a workout plan and stick with it

4. Get DH do go on walks with me in the evenings

5. Get back to making menu's before I go grocery shopping!

    Such a well-rounded list! The grocery menus not only help stop us from buying junk food but they save money!!! THATS A GOOOOOOOD thing :)

    Awsome plan! I fit in more fruits and veggies with juices and bring fruit for snacks now at work.

    I have been doing a 'streak' of 5+ freggis a day. I'm pleased to say it's now day 4, including a day of travel, and my streak is still going strong. Yes I had to order salads twice over the weekend, but I survived it! (boy I hate salad...)
