inches lost

well, I just entered my measurements into the weight tracker so I can see more results than just stepping on the scale!

I reviewed them next to my measurements from August when I started Curves ...

Bust is down 1 inch
Waist is down .5 inch
Abdomen is down 2 inches
Hips are down 3 inches (yea)
Thighs are down 3 inches each!
Arms are down .5 inch each
And my weight is down 4.5 pounds from that measurement ... I had gained over christmas so I'm still down 8 pounds from that measurement.

I also finally bought an analog scale, because I'm tired of the digital scale giving me bogus weight readings .. I could step on it 5 times in a row and get 5 different readings! Frustrating!

This way if the scale doesn't go down or indeed goes up, I know it's me and not the scale!
